Anyone fish eufala for slabs?

I know this is way late according to the date of your post, but I fish Eufala about twice a year. My grandparents live on the lake and the 5 houses on the circle share a big dock that is crappie heaven. I have never caught crappie in my life like I have off that dock. My first visit there, three years ago, within the first hour, I caught the two biggest crappie I had ever caught in 15 years of chasing them. A 2 3/4 pounder and one at 3 pounds exactly. I couldn't quit looking at the 3......it just didn't seem like I was looking at a really crappie. This dock actually sits on a channel just off a point that runs on into a good sized cove that is full of standing timber. Its 30 foot off the end of the dock up to 15 at the beginning of it. And its like a forest underneath it with all the trees they have hanging off there. They eat crappie year round and the freezer is always stocked. Anyhow, you mentioning Eufala brought up a piece of my crappie heaven. Lol.
