    Default Wow

Sounds like really rough conditions and hard work to me. Be careful out there. Don't want you getting yourseld hurt.

    Nice job.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'

Thanks! At Truman last Fri. and Sat. Caught a few but very tough with the high water and pulling it so fast you could watch junk float by.

Sampled crappie again today at Smithville. Champ is right. If you're not fishing stumps or lay downs, you're missing crappie. Lots of good fish, 10 to 13 inches this year. I measured one today at 14.9"! The females are just moving in so the next week is the time to get after them. They aren't in big groups yet, so run and gun to get your limit.

    Good Luck.
