    Default Fall Bass

This was sort of talked about in the bluegill thread, besides jerkbaits, jig and pigs, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. What else works for fall bass, what type of structure do they relate to and and how do you use the above mentioned lures.

This time of year look for largemouth up shallow gorgeing themselves on what ever they can fit in there mouths. Burn the spinnerbaits and pause the suspending jerbaits for short periods and slow down more once the water cools more. For jig and pigs flip them into cover hop them a few times and swim them out. Slow falling soft plastics are good right now too. For crankbaits cast them out and reel them back, but pause them over structure or when they hit bottom. Also right now top water is on fire.
