    Sorry ain't the word but I congratulate you for what I haven't done. You have done what I haven't done this year so far, and that is to bring fish to the table. Of course it would help if I would go fishing. My time is coming. It looks delicious, thanks.

    I just got threw eating the same thing. Thats what my meal looked like also. Wife mixes up mayo and catchup together. Dip fries in and Crappie into the mixture. Finger looking good.

    If a man had some good fresh poke sallet and a few of them morels mushrooms to go along with that....MERCY MERCY ME!!!!! You talk about a HURTIN'....LOL.

    Dont get much better than that!I am frying about 10 bags of fillets for my wife,daughters,and some more folks Sat.might have to throw some catfish fillets in the fryer to.Seems like when folks know your frying fish they come out of the blue but i dont mind i like to see folks enjoy.Tommy
