Biggest fish of the year for me

Went out for a few days last week with my son and good friend. Caught my biggest fish of the year.

2 1/2 lbs

Just under 16"

Full of eggs

That is a nice one, I caught one almost exactly the same size about a month ago. It was 16-1/2 inches and weighed about 2 lb. 9 oz. The biggest one I've seen this year was caught below Melton Hill Dam, it was 17" and weighed 3 lb. 4 oz. Some fellow caught it on a minnow under a bobber about 8' deep right against the lock wall.
