LOZ this weekend (and last)

I went down to LOZ for a guy's weekend, and (in-between rounds of golf and rounds of drinks) fished a couple of days in the 30mph winds. Reports were that the fish were in just a couple feet of water, but I started catching them off my rod that I always let troll on the deep-water side of the boat. Backed off the shore and started picking them up in abt 12-18' of water - casting toward shore and they'd hit it (gently) on the fall.

That was LAST weekend. Now its raining again, but I'm leaving to take the wife/kids with me this weekend, and fishing a different part of the lake. Camping up at LOZ State Park to save a few dollars.
