Just able to get back on a computer since school's starting back up.

Earlier this summer I headed down to DeWitt to fish a family reservoir with some buddies of mine. We got a boat and headed out to the lake. When we got there I cast off of the bank (while they were unloading the boat) and pulled in a slab crappie. They wanted to get into the action so we left the boat and all started fishing the same bank.

I've never seen anything like it. These crappie were massive! I thought half of them were bass til I got them up to the shore. I had the time of my life.

After we were finished dodging lightening bolts, massive impoundments of rain, and almost getting the truck stuck, we headed into town, bought some stuff for eatin, and had us a big killer good fish fry. I couldn't wait to share some pics with you guys.
