Had chores to do on my one day off so didnt get to lake till about 3:30pm, caught a few fish mostly throw backs only had 3 keepers till about 6:30 then it was on like a chicken bone. Caught some of the biggest Crappie ive ever caught in my life. I cant tell ya how many times i repeated myself to my wife that thats the biggest crappie i ever caught then the next fish in the boat i would have to say it again. Still full of eggs in between 5 and 9 foot of water. between 6:30 and 7:70 had 10 more keepers. Had to head back home at 7:30 that got me in my yard at 10pm. couldnt bait my hooks quick enough to keep em in the water. will be going back with son this weekend for sure hope their still biting. was fun with wife but will be 10 times more fun with son. he gets as excited as i do when i boat a fish, she just reads her book wondering what im whooping and hollerin about. He even helps. :p

i've heard jordan will do that to ya once in a while. nice going and enjoy the trip with your son. i hope ya do even better when he's in the boat. good luck.
