I went up there a couple times, week before last I think. Maybe once last week, I caught 4 one trip and 5 another. They weren't in shallow on the bank but out if 9 feet of water or so.
Anyone doing any good? I have had an AWFUL time of it this time . I went three Weeks ago and caught around 50 fish with 22 keepers. All eggs were barely there. Been several times since with very little success STRANGE Then a guy on the water Saturday told me they laid out three weeks ago. But during that time water was up and down daily and temp was 57-60. How could I have missed???
I guess two weeks ago when I spent the entire week hanging osb in my shop they done the deed And this post spawn is hard. But in years past you always have late bloomers I guess they were the the ONLY three I caught Saturday. LOL

SHUTUPANDFISH!!! SORRY IF I OFFENDED ANYONE, NOT MY INTENTION, MUST HAVE BEEN A GATOR OR LONGHORN FAN. ROLL AGAIN TIDE. HOOAH!
So the fish up there must move in and spawn 2 at a time, or do they ever leave deep water. Hell it must be like calling them in to Noah's Ark.
Slider I would sure love to go with you sometime. I haven't quite figured out how to find them and catch them in deep water. I need some hands on exp. I don't want to steal anyone's spots. LOL I just really need to learn how to fish deep.
