    Default Lily pads

Does anyone know of a way to get rid of lily pads in a pond? I bought a gallon of stuff from tractor supply but don't remember what it was, i give $50.00 for it. You could spray the pads that morning and by that evening they would be dying but the next day or two they would be more sprouting up beside the ones I killed.

I have heard lily pads are very difficult & expensive to kill and if it were me I would try round up first. Otherwise, I would contact the people at Cygnet Enterprises since they sell a lot of chemicals for pond management that are safe for the fish and wildlife but it will cost you.

I had the same problem in mine a few years ago. I wound up getting some of the grass carp and havnt seen any weeds or pads in years.I have a 2 acre pond and I put 25 in it.
