limited out on turkey

Well, I don't have any pics, but I limited out! My third bird was my first double bearded bird! One was 10.25 and the other was 5.5. Had 1 inch hooks and weighed 22 pounds. The second one was a 20 pounder with 7/8 hooks and a 9.5 inch beard. Had a heck of a season. This is one that I will remember for life. I have been unemployed and had plenty of time to hunt. Spent most of it trying to get other people on a bird. Worked out twice. Anyway, I have learned that it is just as exiting, if not more, to call one in for someone else. Hope you all have one as great as mine has been.

Sounds like a dream season! My season started yesterday but cant hunt till Wed. And only have 2 days to hunt.

Know what you mean about calling in birds for other hunters, couple of years ago I called in a 23 lb 11 1/4 inch bearded long beard for a buddy of mine, how exciting that was, was also able to call in my son's first bird. Congrats on your season!!
