I hope you've got a fish-finder... you're probably gonna have to search for them. My experience with "ice-out" crappie, is that they are scattered, and not even in "pre-spawn mode yet.
Once the water temp starts creeping into the upper 40's, they'll probably start schooling up in deeper water adjacent to spawning areas.
If you can find any submerged wood, I'd suggest dipping some jigs around it, trying different depths (work from the bottom-up) until you hopefully find how deep they are.
Ice-out crappie can be very challenging. I wish you luck, my friend.
