Need help posting pictures

Can someone tell me how to post a picture to where it will already be in my thread and won't have to be pulled up by a web address?

I notice the pic on the thread "first time fishing" by pwbuilding has the pic already pulled up for you.

slabbandit, go to the post labill said. It is very well written and easy to understand. I would also print it out and put it somewhere near your computer for each time you need to post pics. that is what I did and it works great for me.
