    Default Big/Little Niangua

My dad and a bunch of his buddies are going for their annual crappie trip this Thursday. They fish around where the little and big niangua meet. Anybody been doing any good in that area??

    Thanks from Kansas :D

Haven't been down that far in quite a while, so can't help much. But here on the upper Big Niangua it has slowed down a bunch the last ten days or so. Water levels changing a lot, water temperature actually going down some, and all the fronts coming through????

But it will get better and the forecast for Tuesday through Friday looks great.

    Good luck.

Thanks Mark. His buddy's dock has more brush piles than any dock you could find on the lake, and it covers all the depths, so they really don't need to leave the house. But they take their boats and usually fish some of the small coves around windemere cove, so was just trying to give them a heads up on where the fish might be. Hopefully in a week or two I can make it down that way.

You should probably just tell all of exactly which on it is. :D GPS cordinates preferably.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'

If they have a boat, directly across from Windemere cove, at mile 7 1/2, there is a cove loaded with crappie beds. Go to the Mo. Conservation web site, and you can get the exact locations of them. We will be there on the 24th, so keep us posted on how you do.
Hook em up, then cook them up! Thats how we like it!!!!

Welcome to CDC from Springfield Missouri. Best screen name I have seen to date by the way.
