I've never had any luck with tubes? Only grubs, hair jigs, minnows and inline spinners..

Chris, make a few jigs that are very popular in the south and are used by many of the pro's. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Solid body tubes - Crappie Pro brand (1.75")
Roadrunners - marabou (1/16oz)
Panfish Assassin Tiny Shad - Bass Assassin brand
Slider paddle tail grubs - Charlie Brewer brand
Whirley Bee - Charlie Brewer brand
All plastics are put on weedless jigheads from P&S Custom Tackle (made by Grousefly) 1/32oz & 1/16oz
... cp
1. Minnows (Probably accounts for me fish than others combined)
2. Slider grubs (on crappie slider head of course)
3. Marabou jigs (very, very versatile, still have action dead still)
4. Tubes (color choices out the wazoo)
5. Charlie Brewer Whirley Bee (I have less problems with the blade spinning on these than i do road runners, though both are good)
My opinion, only my opinion.
minnows-tubes (any color as long as its chartreuse)-twister tails- mini foo jigs- small plugs for trolling.
God bless America
