    or the aged,or learned,or who ever,, first befor the question a diddy.

    december 11 water temp 49 I catch fish, january 19 water temp 44 I catch fish and by fish I mean crappie, so hear is the question, april 8 water temp 47 and I dont catch fish, what the heck. cold is cold fish is fish why dont they bite when it's cold water in the spring and they bite when it's cold water in the winter, stupid fish, yea you guessed it got my butt kicked today, 15 boats and I seen 3 fish caught and none by me. not a bite, fished deep,shallow,coves,flats,bluffs,trees,boat dock slips,and trolled. zip nada, but hey not a bad day, absouletley nothing went wrong, and all is well

    Beagle I left a little bit of fishing string in the tree I was tied too yesterday for ya, you need to go down there, ya saw what I did and could have tripled it. But I left some for seed!! Sorry you didn't do any good - but at least you still have your health!

    hey it was still had to be a great dayfor sure,(no broken bones,no slip and fall's,didn't bang up bad knee,didnt lose any tackle,,,,the new winch worked just fine,,,didn't get hand in door(ouch),,,,)things are looking up my friend

    Hey, it just means that you'll catch twice as many next time. You just gave the crappie a day off, that's all.

    Guess i didn't miss anything. Beagle think this over Crappie got to get fat in winter, in the spring crappie says summer commin go on diet, to hot to eat. Chapter 12 in the book says KISS. he he
