    Default J. Percy Priest Crappie


    I fished with John Collins last Wednesday. We started at about 6:15a.m. and finished about 10:30a.m. or so. We caught 35 crappie and had 14 over 10". All fish were taken between 10-20 ft. with double hooked kentucky rigs baited with minnows. Fish were just off of the channel on wood structure. We started in Stewart Creek and went to Hole in the Wall Island and then to Poole's Knob. I had a good time and hope to do it again sometime soon.

    Now that is a good day, Hope we can do as good tomorrow on Pickwick.
    If not look out because it will be time to head somewhere to catch fish.

    Good trip CH! I am itching to go but you know my story why I can't. Maybe when it cools down some in the fall I can try it then. Keep up the good work and hows the new job? Speck
