WOW sounds like alot of fun! How deep were you fishing?
Cold. Damn cold - wind 25-30 mph. Snowed on us a little. Miserable conditions. Almost too cold to drink beer. PossumD and I hired Richard Bowling from Bucksaw to learn more about spider rigging and to see if those backed off crappie hanging outside of coves and creeks could be caught. Hats off to Richard. Amazing. We cleaned 41. He sure makes it look easy. WELL worth the price of admission.

What a trooper.:D:D
Wow. For the conditions I would say you guys did great.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'
Jim,
It would have been a cold day in hell for us in southwest Missouri to be on the lake. It would have been a really tough day down here.
Glad that you did well!!!
Way to go guys. Richard is worth every cent. Hope you learned all about it. Now if he could just teach us his skills at boat control. I hear he is unmatched by any at controling the boat in any conditions.
WOW my hat is off to you guys - GOOD JOB I don't think I could have been dragged into a boat today! Much respect!!
Ron

9-12 feet deep - double hooks with minnows.  Outstanding boat control, and he caught as many as Dennis and I did together.  Most of the fish were mid sized (10-12"). Really fun day - learned alot. Feeling a little worn now - Possum and I are sitting in my camper watching the game and having a little of the old Captain. Aargh, mehardies, Aargh!
