3D Images on Ky Lake - Navionics

Rumor has it that the Navionics Premium card does not have 3D graphics for Kentucky Lake. Two people I know who have the Humminbird SI both bought the card and both said the 3D did not work. Is there some option they have't selected, or does it not exist? They both fish the New Johnsonville area. Thanks.

I have the Navionics Platinum and the 3D works on my Lowrance.

On the 997 and 1197 i dont think 3d works.

Thanks for the information. They both have the 987 so I'm thinking that they would be similar to the 997.

I've got the 997 and I can't get the 3D to come up on KY lake either.......I've followed the detailed instructions, but nothing. However, the 1' contours still make it worth the money.

Is this what you are trying to accomplish?



You have to enable the Bird's Eye View screen.. I think you have to zoom out at least 2.5 SM before the 3D chart will load.. With Humminbird you have to be on the lake to use this feature.. Hope this helps.

I think he is talking about being able to view the lake bottom contours in 3D, but I could be wrong.

thats the birds eye view there, i was hoping for the 3d also on my 1197 and go figure it doesnt work, thats humminbird for ya
