    Default Crappie Structure gone

Got up early this morning to get to my fishing spot at daylight. I even took a chair so I could relax. Got there at daylight drug everthing down to where I had been killing the crappie for the las 5 days and the crappie structure was gone. Runied my day. The TP&W had put a net across the cove at the park so the kido's could catch the trout that they released . The net had been there for a a month. In the mean time the shad and minnows had made a home in the net. The Crappie were there for lunch. You had to put the jigs within 12 " of the net to get the bite. It was great fishing while it lasted. Have to look for a new spot. This is the last bunch of crappie I kept.

    Default Amen, brother!

I'd do all I could to 'rebuild' that fine spot!

Life's too short to go without a fav-o-rite fishin' hole. :D

Check with the fish and wildlife department there and see if you can put in some brush or stakebeds!!! There's plenty of examples right here on the site to help you out.

I feel your pain man there is not a worse feeling than getting to where you have been killing them expecting to do it again then find out that some body done tore your playhouse down.
