Reelfoot or Bust!!!

All packed and ready to leave in the morning. Short stop at Shelbyville lake in Ill. and then on to Reelfoot. Sure hope the weather gods will look kindly on us for this next week. Have the 12 yr. old grand daughter along and she's wanted to land some of those big Tenn. slabs.

Yeah, I been watchin' the forecast for both southern Ill. and Tiptonville area. Shows Sat. as being pretty nice w/ moderate winds, and then a day or two mid week that might be alright, but we'll just haveta see.

I can guarantee that we will have a great time, good fishin' or not. Any fishing is better than being at work, and when you can take kid along and watch the fun....it don't get any better than that.
