This a.m. it looked like the water would be running back into the river out of several of the bottom land fields and duck lakes by tonight. While the river is still muddy as hell, that rippy grass in the bottoms filters the silt out, and when it runs back in, it looks like spring water. This shoud have got some fish up here, and I plan on hitting these culverts/water structures/ditches tomorrow. I'm speculating that if its warmer tomorrow, the shallower water in the bottoms will warm, and get even better. Fish the curtain between the stained water and the clear water, and the shad will be clustered up there and so will the game fish. WE HOPE!
