    Talking playtime

Here's some pictures from the other weekend camping - can't understand
it, but the kids would rather do this than catch a 2lb crappie, so that's
what we did... Guess I'm not supposed to understand, just bait the hooks
and take the fish off :D

I believe those 2 will be fishing for life. Nothing like it, We have to grand daughters that love to fish also.
Like the boat, Looks like you put quite a few hours into that one.

I've still got hopes that at least one of them will become a professional
fisher-person and some day have their own TV show - they can have me
on from time to time when I get to be an even older fart :D Thanks for
the compliments on the boat, I have spent a lot of time on it, have had
it set up several different ways through the years before arriving at where
I am now. If I had got the 72" bottom I wanted, I probably wouldn't be
wanting to trade now. Sticker shock was a killer though, they asked me
about twice as much for the 72" as the 52" I got back in '97!

Looks like the girls had a good time. That's great to be able to pass it on like that. Hope the next trip is even better!

I bet they slept well under the stars that night. Looks like a good trip and a nice body of water. Did you all have fresh fish for dinner? I hope your next trip is even better. Good luck.

Thanks, guys. Yeah, we had fish and hushpuppies and fries and homemade
onion rings and homemade ice cream - the only time I get to crappie fish
when we're camping is a couple hours right at daylight before the rest of
the crew gets up - I snuck out and caught a mess Friday morning, enough
for us and another bunch of friends from my wife's work that were camping there too. I wish I could just live at the campground!

Don't we all wish we lived at the camp grounds...LOL And the crappie bit every day like mad..
We are looking at camp sites on the Tn river. From Pickwick to Big sandy. So it may not be long before I live at the camp site for a week or so at a time.

Looks like you got a couple great daughters there Jeff; I hope you all have many more of these trips. I know that I can’t wait for my son to get old enough to go fishing with me.
