    Default Bucksaw 3/22

Slow morning for me put a few small keepers in the boat. Just before I left I missed a hog when I reached for the net. 10 to 18 ft of water 10 ft down. All fish came on wht/char 3" Rocky Top jig. 51 to 53 degree water temp. It is fixing to get real good real quick.

i went to bucksaw with my Bro-inlaw and fished from 11:30-2:00 without much luck. I think maybe we got there about the time Jiggin15 was leaving. Spotted a Missouri/crappie.com sticker on the moter as we were heading out.

At least you got out Jared. I didn't even pick up a fishing pole this weekend.

It was a great day to be out. Wind was not to bad until about the time I was leaving. Had the biggest crappie I would have ever caught laying flat on top of the water and did not get the net under him in time. Needless to say that is when I left. Pretty frustrating. Looking back I should have swung him. May have been 2 1/2 lb fish.
