Does the primer bulb still feel solid when it starts having problems or does pumping the primer fix it?

I have put 6 new coil packs in a new stator new plugs and had the fuel pump rebuilt and none of that helped at all

Maybe something in the fuel tank is getting sucked up by the fuel pickup after running a while? I saw this happen once with the foil cap from a bottle of Stabil.

Does the problem ever go away without letting the motor cool off?
