The corp is gonna drop the outflow from Melvern down to 20 cfs which the lowest flow as compared to Hillsdale, Clinton, and Perry....

well it looks like the rain chances for tomorrow have gone down significantly, so I imagine it will rain cats and dogs

Wind is gonna blow some, but may be able to get out of that south went on Melvern or a few places on Perry.....Hmmm....what to do what to do.

Where is everyone else headed this weekend?

We were supposed to be going to Coffey County on Sunday, but with the wind...... maybe just play it safe and go to Hillsdale. Anyone catching any whites up the rivers??

yeah be careful going that far to coffey....wind gets too high and they will kick you off....i would go to hillsdale but the areas that will be out of the wind will be stacked up boat to boat....no sure i want to battle that....

antiochba your area gets hit pretty hard from a SSE wind doesnt it?

Yea if it's 20 out of the north/south they shut it down, and 25 out of the east/west and they close it (At least that's what the old guys at the check in have told me). Farm ponds or smaller lakes may be the way to go on Sunday.

Tried Hillsdale and MiddleCreek today. This monster from MiddleCreek dwarfed the 4 inch bass I caught at Hillsdale
