What about videos?

Was wondering if it was ok to link videos to this forum?
What are your feelings about it, and can it be done successfully?
Would anyone object?

It is fairly easy to link videos to any web forum. It is a little more difficult to find some space to store the videos so folks can link to the site and see the video. I know of a couple of hunting video storage places but I don't know of any fishing video storage places. If anyone knows of any, please post the site. I have hunting videos stored at www.huntingfootage.com. I am Redtick on that board also. You can look up my videos there. I have thought about renting on-line storage where folks can link into my video clips.

I guess I'm more asking permission than anything else. I think I can get the storage.
I was going to respond to this post ~Fishin' Magician~ with a video clip of one of the TV shows that I did a couple of years back with David Rabelais on Outdoor Xtremes fishing Saline/Larto. I was showing how I tie my jigs for staging 4 to 8 jigs per pole.

Didn't want to upset anyone, or cause a fuss. Thought it would be better to ask around first. I feel ok about it now.

if you did post a "link" ... rather than a streaming video, just to save on site resources. That's just my opinion, though. The ultimate "permission" would have to come directly from Ed. ...... cp

Yes it would be a streaming video, .wmv format. Resources would be used from the hosting site.

howdy; don't forget about copyright infringment. like the nfl says you have to have thier permission to use thier stuff. i'm sure that others use the same notification at either the front of ,or at the end of thier vidios. just don't want to see anyone get in trouble, that's all. tarfu
