It wuz hot!!!!!!!!But I managed to boat a few nice fish. Water surface temp was 88-90 degrees.Had the grands, so I fished Sat morning, then too the grands tubing Sat afternoon. We had the lake to ourselves except for a few jetters. Man I had a large time.
The dog days of summer can be productive if u know where to go...lol
Honey says I am a fishing fool or I am fool for fishing. Did not understand her message. So???

double hook rig. Most fish were taken on bottom hook. The fish were hanging out on the bottom around stumps. Caught 3 nice fish in the cane condos Paul, Johnathan and I put out a couple of weeks ago.
