    Default Todays catch


    Took wife today on the referbed pontoon. I don't know why I waited so long to get it fixed up. Man it is nice just being able to get out of the sun for a few minutes and feel the breeze under the top. Anyway, here what we caught today. Haven't had a chance to go much lately, but the fish on Black Lake are hot for this time of year. Subsurface temps running 87 degrees today @ 7 foot and we still managed to come back with a good mess of fish. Most of the fish were taken on a jig, but a few wanted the minnow. Just wish I had more time to go.

    Hey Tommy......glad to see you're out there keepin' them honest. Haven't seen your posts lately, they must be keeping you running.

    My mom has had another stroke, haven't been fishing but once in the last 5 or 6 weeks. Not much time available right now, but hopefully she will get better. Take care out there.

    Bill, I am sorry to hear about you mom. Hope she gets better soon.

    I haven't been able to fish in 6 weeks due to work. We've been twice this week and the results have been about the same. Will call you later.
