was wondering how many of you go fishing after the rain is gone. i know of a creek that porduces crappie and bream after a good rain storm. and it will never fail that you can get your limts. the only problem sometimes its gets flooded really easy. so lets here what you say about after the rain is gone.

Around here, you have to wait a couple days after a good rain for the mud to settle.

I fish the creeks when the water is rising...usually after the rain is gone.

If it is just a lite rain it can be wonderful. After the storm that we had today, i just really dont know. seems like here lately i cant catch on when the sun shines.

I just give it a try and even if I get thumped it's better than being at work or sittin in the house.
