Default Wally comes to BPS Clarksville IN.

Went to the big event at BPS today to listen to Wally Marshall. He gave a good demo on dock shooting in the big aquarium then showed one of his new rods. It has an adjustable reel seat that will move up and down the pole about 15 inches. A very enjoyable talk. I did get a pic of him, but I wasn't ready when the guy snapped the pic.

That pic didnt hurt you too much, and didnt do Wally any good at all. What did you think about the new rod?

Ken: not much and almost half of that was yours, got the line you wanted.

Foulhook: interesting, you can put the reel at the end of the rod akin to a fly rod or you can move it up about15 inches where you can put the butt of the rod under your elbow for leverage. He also had a new reel on it, like the little one for jig poles only this one has a free-spool button on it and a better drag. The pole is BRIGHT yellow, didn't feel it myself as I was afraid I'd buy one, I'm rod poor now and my wife would've killed me. They're $49.99 and I almost forgot, they are jig poles.
He did get a good laugh from the crowd when he ask if everyone could see it.
