    Default loz on sunday

hello fellow crappie fishermen and women.im sorry i was a little out of my league startin out the other day so i will do much better today. we went on loz yesterday and had a little luck but man was it cold in the boat. we started fishing the bluffs and had some good fish in 18 to 20 ft. they seemed to be right on the bottom tight to the brush. we found a new kahlin skirt jig in black/chartruse tipped with a blue top that they seemed to like. a few were also landed on some of bobby garland baby shad. color doesnt seem to matter. these things seem to be really good bait and they come in some really good color combos. hope to get back on the right foot with everybody and share and learn more info and b.s. a little as well.

Nice report, Gottabite. Sounds like you all had a nice day. Will have to check out the new kalins. Have real good luck with the Tenn. Shad color, 2" curly tail.
I just KNOW it was a big one!!!

    Good job, Gottabite.

I don't think I got you welcomed to the board the other day, but glad you are here and it is an awesome place to share and learn.

What was the water temp? Just wondering if it had cooled back down some.

    Nice 2nd effort GottaBite.

Being as I have a few hour commute to LOZ and have to take out a 2nd mortgage for gas to take the kids fishing, I appreciate posts like this.
Teach your kids to hunt and fish and you won't have to hunt for your kids !!
