I will be going to Eufaula March 11-14. Going to be staying at Lakepoint. Can anyone give me some suggestions on where would be some places to try to catch some slabs? Also, what colors are good for this lake?
Many thanks in advance

From what I have been told if you fish the Ernest Vandiver Causeway which is 82 or 50 going East to Georgetown. Fish under the bridge and in the surrounding area. There is a very large depth change in that area with verticle structure from the bridge and Cliff. Never fished it myself but I here it is a good place to start. As for colors I fish on Ft. Rucker and usually due good there with the normal Chart and Black or Spring minnow from panfish assasin. Good luck.
getting closer to time. Any pointers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will post pictures if I get lucky enough to find them!
