I hope it wasnt one of us, its bad anyway but worse if it is someone you know. I am a firm believer in wearing a life vest especially in the winter,..I almost fell in trying to hook to the bridge one night and it put the fear of God in me. Keep safe guys

Finally found the body Thursday afternoon. 25 year old,
Bradley Lewis Guthrie. Reports say he had just gotten the boat, fished a while & boat began taking on water. He dropped passenger off at ramp to get truck & trailer, motor quit, & he jumped in to try to swim in, a few yards from shore, & never surfaced.

wow! that's aweful. Seems like such a simple thing to do, hard to believe. I wonder if cold water just sent him into shock & he froze up? Anyhow that's just plane aweful. new boat, trying to have some fun, terrible tragedy. I hope he didn't leave any young kids behind.

Everybody be careful out there, plz!

Yep bad deal. My condolences to his family. That's one of the reasons I don't like fishing alone, with my balance I've almost fallen over at Jordan when it was white capping.
