    --------------------------------

my name is marty edwards, i live in burkburnett, texas my nickname is "JIGGER"
i have something to share, butt i don't know how to post it!

my friend delbert thomas from haslet, texas deserves all the credit, butt here goes, after cleaning your crappie for the day and washing all your utensils, and putting away your catch, wash your hands with soap and pick up a piece of pure silver, i use an ingot of silver, because its in the shape of a bar of soap, while your hands are soapy pick up the bar of pure silver rub it in your hands like a bar of soap, and then rinse, theres a chemical reaction of some sort butt it completely takes away the fish smell off your hands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i've been told it will work on onions peppers diesel gas might even take off odors prior to fishing. i cleaned our fish the other day nearly 80 fish, handled each one, did what i just said and no fish smell, its unbelieveable butt it really works, try it! i ate a hamburger with my hands when i was thru cleaning the fish that day and never smelt the fish odors!

please share this with all my die hard crappie fishin' buddies!

    Default But...

But I LIKE smelling fish on my hands... and my doorknob, truck, boat,
etc. - sure beats not catching! Seriously, thanks for the tip.
Wonder what a silver ingot like that cost? I'd probably trade it for
a depth finder or something and just live with the funk, but as I've
said before, I'm WEIRD. Just ask my partners at work or the little
gal at the drive-in about the aroma rising from the 5 gal. bucket
in back of my truck on Monday morning! :D I stop at a bridge and dump
the remains over, but the smell just keeps on giving - think I'm startin
to like it - smells like VICTORY!

    Default Try this too

This does the same thing, cost 8 bucks from cabelas. I would have never thought something that wasnt like soap would take smell out, but it does.

Thanks for the tip, Jigger. I wonder if a silver dollar will work? After cleaning a mess of fish my dog is the only friend I've got in my family. Even after taking a shower I can still smell it.
