For those of you that cast a jig/floater, what type of baits do you use? Also what weight? (ie, 1/8oz maribou, etc)

I cast either one or two 1/16 ounce tube jigs under an appropiately sized foam cigar float. This is one of my favorite ways to fish. Though verticle jigging timber runs a close second.

Same here! I'm not above using a small minnow with a 1/8 ounce sinker pegged 3-4 inches away.
Was that a bite? Forgot what they feel like!

    I fish two ways.

Slip bobber, lead weight, #4 hook tipped with a minnow or waxworm.

    or

Slip boober, lead weight, Cubby Mini-Mite lure tipped with a minnow or wax worm.

    Is there any other way!

Use 2 1/16 OZ. jigs with #2 hook. 14" apart. 1 inch round float only hooked on bottom of float, gived more action.

I use a waggler slip float. Beneath it is my dropper sinker-jig and a 1/32 or 1/16 marabou or hair jig.
