    Smile Percy Priest yesterday

I had a fair day on the lake, just had to find a place out of the wind. Not a limit, but enough for several dinners for the Mrs. and me. Hope everyone had a good day.

    Good job, waterboy.

You got a good mix of whites, yellows, and crappies. You catch em trolling?

MMMM..... fix them up with some hushpuppies, fried taters and onions, and a tall glass of sweet tea, and life is real good.

Yes was spider rigging with 8 lines out. Was using minnows and Bobby Garland baby shad. (kind of pearl with silver sparkles) They hit the jigs a lot, but don't hang on long enough to pick the rod up before they let go. You have to hold the pole the whole time. Makes getting to the other 7 hard. Had the striper last night for dinner. Covered the fillets with creole garlic, season salt, and hickory shake, and grilled over a hickory wood flame. Served it with fresh sauted mushrooms with sliced green onions and butter. Yummmmm.
