    has anyone thought about fishing melvern res. in kansas I here the crappie are biting up there. pink/green and red /white Warren at canada bait and tackle was telling Jack the crappie were turning on up there I think the info I am giving is correct. said they were catching the heck out of them, any one else hear this.

    I Have Fished Melvern Twice, Been About 15 Years Ago We Ended Up With About 30 Each Trip But No Biggies.... Have Slaughtered Them On Pomona Trolling The Channels, But Like A Lot Of Lakes Got To Catch It Right, Fished Hillsdale The Most, A Lot Like Truman, Still No Biggies, Worked At Lacygne Plant For 28 Years So Fished There A Lot........still You Can't Budge Me From Truman.......
