    What is every ones favorite soft plastic bait to fish with?Mine is a net bait baby action cat in june bug.The spotts on the warrior river tear them up.

    mann's black grape jelly worm. its been catching them for 40 or 50 years. its one of those long forgotten baits that still catches fish.

    Exclamation favorite plastic ...

    Gene Larew 4" craw .... Watermelon green body, red & black flakes in body, orange claws.

    (note: no longer available/produced)

    Normally rigged with a 1/0 295JB hook ... rattler inserted into body ... 3/16oz lead slip sinker. Line used is 17lb test BPS Excel mono.

    Touchdown worms, made in Columbus, Indiana by Touchdown Lures. My brother got me "hooked" on them back in the early 80's.

    4" Firetail worm, doesn't matter what brand, just as long as it get's fished nice a slow, it's about the only thing the bass over 3 lbs in our ponds will take. Been using them since the mid 90's when my dad taught me how to use em.

    i like a lot of diffrent types of plastics but to narrow it down to only one is hard to do but it would have to be a 6" Yamamoto Kut Tail in Watermellon
