Fished HR Sunday for about four hours. Fished mouth of Second Creek area with jigs and minnows. Pretty slow for us. We had our share of bites, but it was more like they were just messing with the baits. Most of the fish we marked were in 15-22 feet of water. All of our strikes were on minnows. Water was 43-44 degrees and a little stained. Wind blew pretty good and made holding over the fish diffcult. Saw several other boats in the area we fished and they appeared to be doing about as good as us. Ran into a really nice couple of guys at the dock as we were leaving and asked them how they'd done. They caught over 200! They were fishing shallower than us and in a differnet area. They had a bucket of about 20 they kept for dinner and they were really nice fish. Goes to tell ya, try different things if what you are doing isn't working. All in all a pretty day on the water.
