good luck with them they should work out fine
I just got two of the 8 footers in the mail yesterday and can't wait to try them out this week. There is a HUGE cold front moving through AZ right now and it is going to shut things down for a few days. Hopefully it will pick up as quick as it died!

The fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad
I have a 10ft got to use it one time before the ice. caught alot of bass on it that day. Can't wait to pull some up out of deep water on it. Your going to like them!!!

You are going to like the 8 foot poles. I have been using them all last year. they are strong and sensitive. I pull 1.5 # slabs on the(10 to 12 feet from the water) pier without any problems. I have a b&m that broke the first day I used it. Been using the Pro angler rods ever since. Being a first year rookie, I'm not an expert but Pro angler makes a good crappie rod.I also like there jigheads with sickle hooks.
What do they run (cost)?
Fishing is an addiction and I'm trying to dose up daily!!!
dedawg1149, do you know the price of proangler rods? I never used or bought any before.

Great rods....caught plenty of crappies, as well as catfish, 5-6lb largemouth and 2lb 6oz slab on mine...rods never faltered.
I think i payed $39 for mine 10ft cork handle. I think 3 dollors less for foam handle. you can go to their web site, to know for sure. Crappie Rods, Crappie Jigs, Catfish Rods, Baitcast Reel, Fishing Rods, Fishing Reels, Spinning Reels. hope this helps.

The 8 ft are $29.00 Tip replacement $ 12.00. A good price for a quality rod.
Not familiar with the proangler. Are they made in the US?
