While I Thought The Fish Finder Was Great The Gps Is A Much Better Gotta Have.... Where I Fish On Truman I Started With A Garman E-trex And It Works Great And Very Inexpensive.. I Also Installed The Garmin Model 152 Which Is Awesome And Tracks To Within 1 Foot....we Leave The Ramp Many A Time In The Dark Or The Fog And While I Only Have 5 Way Points To Go Through In A Mile It Has Never Failed....... Been Many A Boat Show Up After The Fog Lifts And I Ask'em If They Have A Gps And They Say Yes But Don't Know How To Use It, I Tell You It Is Worth A Days Time To Learn It If You Don't Know How.. I Also Consider It A Safety Item Incase In The Dark Or Fog We Should Have To Get Back To Ramp.......don't Have To Use It On Crappie Beds But Sure It Would Work, All My Beds Are Marked With Land Marks.......
