Trouble with Maki Plastics orders?

Back on 31 December, I placed an order with them.

Last weekend, I e-mailed my PayPal receipt to them since I still hadn't received my order, asking them to check on it.

As of today, 1 February, I've yet to get my order, or any e-mail response from them either.

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems with them?

Sounds like you need to dispute w/ Paypal ASAP!

You know I love email to get things done but a phone call in this instance would probably do alot more. Sometimes emails don't make it or get delayed.

that stuff seemed a little expensive to me, I realize they are probably hand made, but the way gills tear up plastics it could get cost prohibitive quick. they do look good tho.

I would be worried. I would contact Maki by email again telling them if you don't have a response in 24 hours you will file a dispute with paypal.

I would do all correspondence by email you then have a documented account of all that has been said.

Where is this company located at? If it is in the areas hit by ice last week they may not have power.

Just brought their site up and it's not running good at all so if you're emailing through their site they probably haven't got it.
