    Default Fishing Spot

Reelfoot Lake, Tn would be a very good place, lots of crappie and lots of good eating places.

Default Yeah what Crappie Cowboy said...

but watch out for the stumps! RF lake can be treacherous. Will you be haulin' your own boat or lookin' to rent one? Go to the Tenn board and holler at Reelfoot Yankee or WestTennCrappie. They know RF lake real good.

All things remain the same the wife and I are headin' there 4/4 for a week.
    Good luck wherever you go.

Kentucky Lake. I go every year with my son for Spring Break, and will be there that week myself. Lots of camping and inexpensive lodging available. (Assuming they can get this ice storm mess cleaned up by then )

12 hours one way. We will be leaving out on March 27 after he gets out of school. I will be pulling my own boat 16 foot Sea Nymph nothing fancy. I would like some place warm so we could camp out in a Tent camp site. Thank U all for the places already suggested. Went to Reel Foot last year at this time and had no luck. High winds every day with white caps. It has been that way last couple times I have been down there at this time of year. So I'm going to stay away from there this year. Thanks everyone
