Hi folks, sorry for my absence on here. Just been very busy with the new Crappie club.

We finished the year with 188 members. Not bad for a start up club. 2009 should be an even bigger year. We've spread out a bit over the state
and should get some members in other area's. Our tournaments this year will have two divisions. A pro division (Division 1) and an amature division (division 2) for the less experienced anglers.

We already have received entries from Okla, Mo, Ark, and La as well as Texas.

We have some big sponsors and will have some big payouts.

We will finish the year with a State championship two day event that will pay $1,000.00 for the big fish and several thousand for the winners.

Should be fun.
