I just wanted to publicly thank BnM for their responce to my rod issue with the missing ceramic insert. I received a new tip section today along with an unexpected surprise of a new hat. I want to make it clear that I have not been unhappy with the performance of the rod in any way. I only had reasonable concerns about why so many of the inserts were falling out, and this was fully addressed by the explanation about the glue. If I need to purchase additional crappie rods in the future, I will most certainly consider buying more BnM rods. Thank you again. Thomas Beauchamp
