    Default Recipes

I saw Olesilverside's nice mess of ready to eat Crappie and I was wondering what his recipe was. We normally use 50/50 of Andy's cajun and Andy's regular and mix it together and let the frying begin.

I was curious if you all would be willing to share your special recipes!!

Hard to beat Andy's when boil'n some fish in oil!

Last night we broiled some up in the oven. Put some aluminum foil on a cookie sheet then sprayed down a coating of olive oil. Next sprinkled a few filets with Tony Chachere's creole seasoning and some with lemon pepper.

Broil until the meat flakes when touched with a fork.

Mmmmmm Mmmmmm dat was sum good stuff.:D
Progressive Marine Insurance SUCKS!. If you hit a submerged object they will try to prove manufacturers defect....stay away from them.

I'll have to give Uncle Buck's a try. Always looking for new ideas. I guess were going to get about 6 inches of snow tonight. Might be a while before I get out and catch some slabs to fry up.
