    Default New fly

    Here is a new creation.
    Help name it.
I think that it may be a crappie catcher.
Sorry, it is a bit fuzzy.

Golden Cyclops Firefly. Ok, maybe thats a bit too long of a name. Those do look nice, I've been trying to come up with a few patterns for crappie, never tried them on a fly rod and may give it a shot this year. Are you somewhere warm enough to give em a test drive? Let us know if you do good with them, I may tie a few of the same! :D

I am in Wisconsin, a bit North of you.
My guess is that you will be on the water before me.

On water is a relative term... hoping to get out this weekend, walk on the water and drill some holes. No I won't give the fly rod a shot yet... Not sure, had the first day above freeze with sunshine in about 2 weeks today, don't know the damage to the ice. More cold air coming so sunday sounds good.
