    I wish i had some good news to report but the weatherman lied again it was cold and the wind blew all daythe fish didn't cooperate at all they said they couldn't even find the baitfish,the tally for the day was 2 catfish for catfish bob and that was the extent of the fish out of 2 boats,they're changing locations and going up a major creek tomorrow to fish some channel edges with trees on em..........chatt will find em if they're to be found,i'll update tomorrow.

    Some things can't be hurried and I think crappie season is one of them. When the water gets back in the upper 40's I'll come out of hibernation and start fishing again.

    sorry to hear that,kinda wondered it that was going to happen after seeing that the weather type's had error-ed on the report for today on how fast the front was getting here,,,,bet we hear some good stories will be good especially the wake up call's,,,,,,

    NitroNate burned the bearings on one side of his trailer on the way down. It is not starting very well. Kinda glad I chose to stay here this weekend.

    I caught fish in MISSISSIPPI and I am 200 dollars ahead on poker wish the okie trip was going a little better, well they will get it togather sat. luck to ya'll out therel

    And got screwed in the process..........they charged him $430.00 to put bearings in the trailer

    Update.........the fellers are partying it up they're through their 2nd bottle of crown along with assorted other drinksnothin like makin the best out of a bad situation

    That's a tough deal, reminds me of a guided trip we took down there whith Huckabee, the weather pretty much took us down. He did take us east of McAlester to the river part of the lake and at least we were out of the wind, but still had trouble finding fish.

    Hope they are able (physically) to fish today, and they get into a few.
