It has been so long. I remember putting in on the Texas side then heading west down a narrow channel before we stopped to fish. Actually, these pictures resemble lake Conway just north of Little Rock. Do the pickeral still bite there in the winter?

YES the do, when the water temp get down around 55 they come out from ther hide-out.
